Measured 12-14 knots which felt about right and marginal for 11m. Sea was bigger than the wind so no fun windsurfing. Looked marginal but eventually went for it and just about enough. Small surf inshore with larger further out but hard to get out in onshore wind. Oddly more wind west end of beach where common sense said would be sheltered by Anglesey. Stood some lulls out for several minutes. Ten out, glad we tried and had surpringly long two and half hours. Good practice in light winds. Quite smooth in shallows at West end.
